Our approach
Petgyro aims to make its product discovery, editorial content and Admin tools usable by a broad range of people. We work toward WCAG 2.2 AA guidance where practical and continue improving issues found through review, testing and user feedback. This statement is not a claim that every part of the site is fully compliant or accessible in every situation.
How the site is built to help
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, lists and labelled controls where appropriate.
- Primary actions and forms are intended to work with keyboard navigation.
- Meaningful images have alternative text, while decorative images are kept out of the reading flow where possible.
- Text, borders and controls use the Petgyro palette with readability and contrast in mind.
- Layouts adapt to smaller screens and touch targets are designed around comfortable interaction.
- Focus indicators remain visible for keyboard users, and validation messages are associated with the relevant forms where supported.
Known limitations
Some older or denser Admin and editorial surfaces may still need refinement, and third-party merchant pages are outside Petgyro’s control. Media, browser settings, assistive technology and network conditions can also affect the experience. We prioritise issues that prevent people from finding content, understanding a choice or completing an essential action.
Report a problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email support@petgyro.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, the technology or browser you were using if known, and a description of the problem. Please do not include passwords, authentication codes or other private information. We will use reports to investigate and improve the site.
